Do you feel like there is more destined for you in life than what you are currently experiencing?

In the 17 years of working with people, I have heard it many times, where people admit that they feel they should work on themselves, but when asked “How?, the answer is usually “I don’t know.”

Here are the 5 most important pillars to a life of overflow:

If you become aware of them daily, and start to make small goals to improve each of them daily, weekly and consistently, you will be well on your way in this new endeavor of personal growth and enjoying a life of overflow in the near future.

The 5 Pillars

1. Mind

Change your mind, change your habits, change your life. To have a positive mindset about all areas of your life, is the precursor for success in these area. It is a skill that can be developed. "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 Philippians 4:8

2. Soul

Your Soul will live forever, so take care of it! "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock." Matthew 7:24 "Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from Him." Psalm 62:1

3. Body

A healthy body accommodates a healthy soul and ignites a positive mind. "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this is your true and proper worship." Romans 12:1 1 Corinthians 6:19

4. Vocation

Vocation is the combination between your calling and your occupation. This is honoring God in your work and passion as you live a purpose filled life. "See I have chosen Bezalel, son of Uri, the son of Ur of the tribe of Juda. Exodus 31:2 Isaiah 11:2

5. Relationships

Cultivation healthy relationships should be the second most important focus of our lives, because it is the only eternal investment that we can make. God's two greatest commands is, to love Him with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:36-40
