Who is TEFLP for?

TEFLP is for anybody who is new to fitness, or has been struggling to make progress in their fat loss journey. When you feel like you have tried everything, and still don’t see the result you have been hoping for, TEFLP is for you.
TEFLP is not intended for the competitive athlete or the individual who is already in great shape and wants to take his or her physique to the next level. For these people we recommend one on one personal training or individualized online coaching.

HOW EXACTLY DOES TEFLP WORK?

TEFLP is an e-book, teaching you the right way to eat, the correct foods in the right amounts, while teaching you what had been lost in our modern society driven by food industries trying to make more money by getting you to eat as much as you can. TEFLP uses an assessment table to determine your nutritional requirements for your body and then gives you a plan that fits those requirements.
Is it the same boring and bland diet food every day? Not at all, with up to 30 meal options per meal to choose from daily, you will never get bored again.
Do I have to plan meals? We did the planning for you, with over a 100 different options daily.
Is it expensive food? No, it is widely available food that you can get at any supermarket. Nothing you have to import from Sweden or Malaysia.
Do I have to weigh my food? Yes, because you can easily overeat on certain foods and not see the result you want, even if the food is healthy.
Will I get hungry? No, one of the unique things about TEFLP compared to others diets is that our clients are amazed about how much they get to eat. At first you might actually feel that you are eating too much, but we encourage you to enjoy eating this way. By supplying the body with ample nutrients, you will have more energy, do more and burn more fat. This also helps you to stay satiated with good food and prevent cravings.

What makes TEFLP different?

There are a couple of reasons why people fail at body transformation. Most diets are too restrictive. If you have been on a diet before, you probably know how it feels to be invited to dinner and have to decline because of your diet. You would also know how it feels to walk circles around certain isles of the grocery store because they contain the ‘forbidden food’ that your current diet has convinced you is the true reason you have not achieved success. Another big reason people fail at body transformation is quite simply that they go hungry. Yes, of course you are going to struggle with a diet if you are hungry all the time. Who wouldn’t?

TEFLP was designed with these problems in mind and makes sure that you still get to have a life even though you are losing weight. Most of our clients are surprised at the amount of food they get to eat on a daily basis, so hunger is taken care of too.
